1. Introduction

Welcome to DOCEVIA ("we", "our", "the platform"). By using our website, purchasing access passes, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Access Passes

We offer per-qualification passes:

6-Month Pass (180 days access to one qualification)
12-Month Pass (365 days access to one qualification)

Each pass grants access to the content for the qualification you selected at purchase (e.g. GPhC, SQE, GCSE). Access begins immediately upon purchase and expires automatically. No subscriptions, no recurring billing — it is a one-time purchase.

3. Digital Content & Licence

All content (questions, notes, explanations, mock exams, analytics, and any other material provided by the platform) is digital educational material. Upon purchase, you receive a single-user, non-transferable licence to use the content for your personal study only.

4. No Sharing or Redistribution

Our content is the result of significant time and effort to create. To keep the platform affordable for everyone, you must not:

Share, lend, or transfer your login credentials or account to anyone
Copy, download, screenshot, record, reproduce, or distribute any content
Upload, post, or publish our content on any other website, app, forum, or platform
Use our content for any commercial purpose, including resale, tutoring services, or bulk distribution
Allow anyone else to access the platform through your account

Any breach of this clause will result in immediate account suspension without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue further action where our content has been distributed or shared without permission.

5. Refund Policy — No Refund Once Used

Once you have accessed or used any paid content on the platform, no refund will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:

Answering or viewing any paid practice question
Viewing any study notes, explanations, or exam tips
Starting or completing any mock exam or simulator session
Using the adaptive engine or any analytics features

Because all content is digital and delivered instantly, accessing it constitutes full use of the service. Refunds are only considered where you have purchased by genuine mistake and have not accessed any paid content, provided you contact us within 14 days of purchase.

If your pass has expired, no refund is available under any circumstances.

6. Accuracy of Content

We work hard to provide accurate, up-to-date content aligned with official specifications and current exam formats. However, DOCEVIA is an independent revision platform and is not affiliated with any awarding body or examination organisation. You must always refer to official published materials for definitive guidance.

7. Liability

We are not liable for:

Exam outcomes or results
Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
Misuse of the platform or its content
Reliance on our content in place of official materials

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, particularly those involving sharing or redistribution of content. No refund is provided in such cases.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
